4. SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship: We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Production time: Because every item is printed on demand, production takes [3-5] working days after order confirmation.

Delivery time: Delivery takes [5-8] working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping charges: Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. [Free shipping on orders above ₹___ / on prepaid orders.]

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Cash on Delivery: COD is available on selected pin codes. A non-refundable ₹199 advance must be paid online at checkout to confirm a COD order. The balance is paid to the courier at delivery.

Address accuracy: Please provide a complete and correct address and an active phone number. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to wrong or incomplete details. Re-shipping costs, if needed, will be paid by the customer.

Undelivered or refused orders: If a package is refused or returned because you were unreachable or unwilling to accept it, no refund will be issued, and the COD advance remains non-refundable.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

Damaged on arrival: Please record an uncut unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package. Report damage within 48 hours as per our Return and Refund Policy.
